Use of Content – All journals, stories, videos, and materials are protected by copyright. They are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, shared publicly, or redistributed without written permission.
Payment – All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our third-party provider(s).
Shipping & Delivery – Physical journals are printed on demand and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. Digital products are delivered via email or a download link.
Liability – We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control, nor for misuse of products once delivered.
Digital Products – Because digital downloads (PDF and video stories) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Journals (Print-on-Demand) – Our journals are printed on demand for each order. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or general dissatisfaction. If your journal arrives damaged in shipping, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or, when appropriate, a refund.
Minor variations in color, layout, or printing, and occasional typographical or grammatical errors do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Returns for reasons other than damage, misprint, or defect are not accepted.
